采用在压缩机的吸气管上重新焊接一段维修工艺管进行加氟具体步骤:
A section of maintenance process pipe is re welded on the suction pipe of the compressor to add fluorine
1、去除滤器工艺管的一段,把一单向阀插入余下的工艺管中一厘米处焊接好,另一端焊接三通维修阀的连接铜管。
1. Remove a section of the filter process pipe, insert a one-way valve into the rest of the process pipe for welding, and weld the connecting copper pipe of the three-way maintenance valve at the other end.
2、检查空调的漏氟点,如果有要及时焊补好,再开启压缩机和真空泵,使管路内的空气边循环抽真空。
2. Check the fluorine leakage point of air conditioner, if there is any, timely weld and repair it, and then turn on the compressor and vacuum pump to make the air in the pipeline circulate and vacuum.
3、检查空调是否有故障,如果有,要及时进行空调维修,如果空调使用年限过大,不能满足加氟条件必须回收。
3. Check whether the air conditioner has any fault. If there is, timely repair the air conditioner. If the service life of the air conditioner is too long, it must be recycled if it can not meet the fluorine adding conditions.
4、连接氟瓶与三通维修阀,并将连接管中的空气排出。在空调停机状态下,将氟瓶倒立进行液态加氟,同时用能计量的工具称重,当氟瓶内氟的减少量等于空调额定的加氟量时,要马上停止加氟,以免加氟过多,造成负面影响。
4. Connect the fluorine bottle with the three-way maintenance valve, and exhaust the air in the connecting pipe. When the air conditioner is shut down, the fluorine bottle shall be inverted for liquid fluorine addition, and the energy measuring tool shall be used for weighing. When the reduction of fluorine in the fluorine bottle is equal to the rated fluorine addition of the air conditioner, the fluorine addition shall be stopped immediately to avoid excessive fluorine addition and negative impact.
